Job Summary:

The Registration & Compliance Officer will be responsible to mobilze BISP Beneficiaries for registration of Vaccnaintion, B-Form etc, keep follow ups through community nutrition volunteers and develop referral system at a community level.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Compile, organize and maintain accurate records of beneficiaries for registration of BISP Beneficiaries
  • Problem solve of beneficiary’s complaint related to records and registration criteria.
  • To counsel all patients for further follow-ups through Community Nutrition Volunteers (CNVs).
  • Work with the outreach teams to develop and maintain a referral system at a community level. Engage CNV in referring malnourished children and pregnant and lactating women with special attention to the basic health units.
  • Developed and maintain beneficiaries book and handover to concern beneficiaries,
  • Responsible for provision of SNF (Mamta & Wawa mam [PLW & Children]}
  • Responsible to maintain SNF enrollment & stock register.
  • Provide feedback on the status of the supplies to the OTP/SFP Supervisor.
  • Work with topic-specific team members within the health centers to produce aligned working relations.
  • Update technical specifications for the MOH staff as needed as per the OTP/SFP Team Leader’s direction.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports about the admission, discharge, defaulter, absence, etc. throughout the project cycle.
  • Establish good relationships with the health center staff and community leaders

Job Specification:

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in social sciences preferably in Master.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of related experience.

Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:

  • Teamworking skills.
  • Keen interest in the impact of diet on health.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex things simply.
  • An understanding of science.
