  • BS in IT (or equivalent) with 2-3 years of experience in similar work. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications (oral and written) skills
  • Resident of Islamabad/Rawalpindi

Job description

1.      Domain, Website & Email Management

Administer the organization's domain(s), DNS, and hosting platforms (e.g., Cloud flare, A2 Hosting).

Compile and maintain an updated list of all AiD email accounts assigned to staff.

Manage email systems (e.g., Google Workspace, cPanel mail), ensuring deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and timely resolution of OTP and access issues.

Maintain and secure generic/shared IT accounts for system-based access (not tied to individuals).

Coordinate with third-party providers or consultants as needed for hosting, email, or migration support.

2.      Network & Infrastructure Support

Set up, configure, and maintain local networks, routers, switches, and internet services.

Ensure network availability, speed, and security across office locations.

3.      IT Systems and Data Security

Implement and monitor IT security protocols (e.g., firewalls, antivirus, backups, password policies).

Regularly review and update access rights and credentials for cloud services and internal systems.

Ensure data integrity, backup, and recovery processes are in place.

4.      User Support & Helpdesk

Serve as the primary contact for internal IT support, hardware, software, email, connectivity.

Train and assist users in using standard systems and troubleshooting common issues.

5.      Software & Asset Management

Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses (if any).

Recommend procurement or upgrades of hardware/software as needed.

6.      Documentation & Reporting

Maintain documentation of system configurations, passwords, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.

Provide regular updates on IT status, risks, and needs to management.

7.      Admin Support

Keep inventory records of all Head Office/Projects assets including office equipment, installations, IT equipment

Ensuring that all furniture’s and equipment including air conditioners, generator, Solar system, UPS, electric equipment’s and Lift etc are properly operating and are regularly repaired.

Sharing Monthly admin tracker with management after taking feedback from respective admin team.

Assist in the recent repair and Maintenance activities and procurement of E-11 Building and 602.
